The website is user friendly and satisfies our printer / ink needs. The ink is expensive in general, but you seem to have the best price around, so that's helpful. Although I feel it can be quite expensive to ship quicker than standard shipping since the package is never over 2lbs, we just make sure to order sooner and have not had any problems. Thanks!

Hard for me to get passionate about ink... but if you have a Bravo duplicator/printer this is what you need and it delivers on what it's expected to do.

I have never had a problem with the OEM ink cartidges I get from SuperMediaStore. They are always fast on delivery. The only thing I would love to see added to their service is the ability to recycle my old printer cartridges with them.

Thanks for a speedy delivery. Ink is one of the little things that makes the big picture look so nice. Expensive when compared at a price per gallon. Do the math. It's nice to label your CD/DVD work.

These cartridges are not always full, but i dont think that is this merchants fault.

I have been using strictly this ink since I purchased my Bravo 2 several years ago. Cartridges have a nice life span.

Yet again, I am impressed with and ecstatic in my continued association with such an excellent retailer. The delivery arrived much faster than anticipated, the cartridges were in great condition, and they work exactly as expected. The only flaw lies not with SuperMediaStore, but with the cartridges themselves and with the inkjet disc printer that utilizes them. The Primera Bravo II tends to run through color ink like a Hummer through unleaded gas- that is to say, quickly. Depressingly quickly. However, due to my established, previously attained knowledge of this, I sensibly ordered 2, intending to buy one each time I run out and thus always have one on standby. Again, none of this is SMS's problem, and yet again, I was ecstatic to do business with them. They are now the exclusive supplier of FurnaceMedia! :D
