Review of Philips Branded Blu-Ray 6X BD-R Media 25GB 50 Pack in Cake Box (BR2S6B25F/27)

I haven't been burning BluRay format discs for very long. But these discs have given me an extremely good first start. I burn at slow speeds, so I don't know how your luck might run at a 6x burn. But at 4x mine have been turning out fine every time. Philips is generally a very good quality product as far as burning media goes. Several steps above generic or Memorex and the like.

I was most impressed with the price and delivery. I've never had such prompt delivery before, I placed the order on a Friday afternoon and received the following Monday morning.

As soon as the disks arrived, I burned a disk and it was flawless. I hear blu-ray burners can be touchy, but this disk worked perfect. Also, a great value for a name brand.

Will buy again

I'm using two different models of LG blu-ray burner: one internal and one external. Philips (for whatever reason) is not on their list of preferred media so I was hesitant to purchase these. There was no problem though - I've burned about 5 disks so far and and they've all worked fine.
