The company gave me a prompt refund with no hassle. I will still do business with them. The thumb drive has a nice, small form factor. Hopefully, they will get it to work with x64 Windows 7.

Small, practical, easy to store, easy to lose

A small in size, large capacity drive, must attach to a larger key chain or similar not to lose, or attach a pull string at the non-business end.

It works as expected, with all computers. As mentioned before, tough to pull out in tight USB slots unless you have a string attached.
