I must give kudos to Microboards' support team. The publisher I received began leaking cyan ink nearly from the start. It didn't get to a bad leak until nearly a month after the year warranty ran out. But they fixed it under warranty after realizing the leak obviously began early into my usag. Plus, after it was returned, the print heads went bad and they replaced those for free as well. Yes, good customer service is what companies are "supposed" to do, but I find it rare many actually treat their customers with respect and Microboards is one of those that can be recommended.
