Received item as described and ordered. They did a good job with packaging.. so no broken pieces that I was expecting especially when it shipped from LA to East Coast by UPS ground.

The only BIG problem is that no tracking number was provided at the "Track your Shipment/order" link or in the online invoice on their website or in email confirmation. So you have to take their word that item was shipped (email confirmation) and keep the fingers crossed when it will get delivered if ever.
