Review of Maxell Branded 16X DVD-R Media 200 Pack in Cake Box (638014)

Overall I am pleased with the product. We had a case
that had a few bad DVD's they did'nt copy.

I use Maxell for copying, backup and for photo dvd's as well as video dvd's. top quality every time. and again with supermedia they were a great price :)

I am very satisfied with this product. Arrived promptly. Very few failed discs.

2 of the 4 cases were broken. Should be packaged better for shipping.

I had ordered the product and it arrived damaged. I alerted SuperMedia store, and they quickly and SUFFICIENTLY, resolved the issue with a replacement.

Delivered by FEDEX. Box was in great shape. No packing at all around cake boxes which were both broken, spindles broken, DVDs loose in box. SuperMedia immediately emailed me an RMA number and paid for return FEDEX shipping. Good company, nice disks, bad packing.

I have had excellent results using this media and found the pricing very competitive. However when packaged for shipping, the cake box container was not wrapped or protected within the larger shipping container. The bottom of the cake box arrived broken, the twist latches were broken of and the bottom several blank DVD's were damaged beyond use. I had an empty cake box, but that should not have been an issue to deal with.
