This is the most efficient USB drive I have purchased it has a very fast read write rate and I like the style of it It is a Kingston product so it comes with a very good warranty. I appreciate the Supermedia staff for replacing my order which was lost in the mail. they made it right for me and they kept a customer.

This is about the third Kingston Traveler that I have ordered from Super Media Store. I really like the Kingston flash drives. They have good data transfer rates and I have had no problem with them in the least. I have purchased cheaper flash drives that had very slow data transfer rates. One just had to go off and let those other drives run, what seemed like forever.
Shipping & delivery - great. Ease of ordering also very good.

The tracking info for usps did not give any info other than postage was paid. Delivery was quick as expected being around 25 miles from warehouse. As expected, the flash drive performed as a flash drive was expected to perform.

Works great in my truck. Delivery was slow.

It gets the job done for 1/2 the going price. Easiest way to back up your files and programs I have seen yet. Very
cost effective.

I live less than an hour from Supermedia outlet. In the past I can order on Tues. and my package arrives Wed. I loved their lightening fast delivery.

Well, NO MORE.

In July I ordered a special of 200 blank DVD's. It took two weeks to get them.

I thought that was a fluke, you know, summer, vacations, busy UPS...

Now, I ordered a USB flash drive, two weeks ago, and I am still waiting for it.

I called Supermedia and was told that anything under one lb. was shipped USPS so they would go snail mail, and to allow a two week delivery!, from less than an hour away?

So what was the excuse for the DVD's, they sure weighed more than a pound.

I was told that I could pay express delivery for an additional fee of $17

I am sorry to say that Supermedia has moved down my list of online ordering.

In today's economy, this drop in customer satisfaction is not a money maker.

As always SuperMediaStore has provided good quality product at an excellent price, and have delivered a well/safe packaged item with very fast shipping. Have only used the USB Drive a few times (WinXP and Win 7) and it has worked great so far.

The price for the amount of storage on this USB drive is great.
