you will generally get 100% disk validity, sometimes 1 or 2 of the 50 are coasters, but even that is rare. Best DVD-Rs in the world, been using them for years.

This disk works well and is said to have a long life -- not seen any failures to date but that's only on a 5-year baseline.

These Taiyo Yuden Premium Line DVDs are the best blank media for the price that I've found. I very seldom have have a bad burn in the thousands of DVDs I have created. They are also backwards compatible to 1x so they even can be used on my older Sony DVD recorders, which were around before computer disc drives were in fashion.

I have used Taiyo Yuden blanks for 6 years, after being frustrated with other brands, widely available.
The few coasters I have had were caused by faulty burning, never by Taiyo Yuden.
Even my oldest TY discs still play fine, and look fine when held up to a bright light or the sun. I cannot say that for brands found in discount store aisles.
Taiyo Yuden discs are well worth seeking out.

I always will buy TY because I like Good made media and think they deserve the support Because they go through the effort to make well made product. Supermedia is just awesome shipping /service . Im a returning customer for a reason . Nice little bonus with the paper sleeves .

I wish they made a Dual Layer Dvd.

I was very surprized to see that this product was professional grade. I normally get more than 5 bad dvd's in a 100 pack from other brands. I got 1 bad one from this shipment and it could have been from the operation prodcedure! I am very pleased with this product.

This combined deal for Taiyo Yuden media and Sleeves is not to be passed up. These disks burn flawlessly and I have never had a wasted DVD. The sleeves are well-made, have a clear window and offer good protection for the disks. This is my second order and I was amazed that it was actually a few dollars less expensive than my first! I couldn't be more impressed with the quality and price. Rest assured I will be back to order them again. Highly recommended!

I have been very pleased with this product every time I purchase. This is prob my 5ht or 6th purchase of this prod, although my 1st on this site. I have yet to come across any issues with this purchase, and if the past are any indication, probably won't ever. The spindle comes in a plastic cake and not the tape packaging, so there are never any issues with shipping, and the shipping itself was fast and accurate. All of this and you get a pack of sleeves for a very good price. Only occasionally have I seen a better price for these, and the site no longer exists. All in all I'd say this is a must buy when you see it.
