Review of Intuit QuickBooks Pro 2012 - 431310

This year's version doesn't look much different from other years so I'm anticipating that I'll hate it as much as the others. The list of problems w/ Intuit and it's software/customer service is much too long to enumerate and the effort is without benefit for all involved. The problem is that I cannot find other software that does the job and my experience w/ allowing the combination of an internal bookkeeper and an accountant has been dreadful so I'll continue to avoid that as well. I'm stuck w/ Intuit until something decent comes along.

Being a new business owner, QuickBooks was mentioned to me by various people. The expensive part is having a pro set up the system, not only so that it works as designed, but when it comes to tax time, an accountant will be able to decipher the information quickly. There seems to be a decent amount of "How to" videos on line that can help when needed.

I have used QuickBooks for 15 years for my business and find it to be a great product.
