I haven't used any of the cartridges from this order. My previous cartridges were great. My only problem was with the delivery (Fed-Ex). The driver left my package on my fron porch pushed up against the wall. I have no roof over this section and it was below freezing. We were not sure when the package was delivered; therefore, I'm not sure if the cartridges were frozen. Hope not.

Let's see, these quality ink cartridges for $5.00 each or Epson OEM cartridges for $20 to $30 each. I teach college level computer applications for education and use two printers at home in addition to my work printer.

The product was the least expensive of those researched, looked and installed in printer with no problems. I will see if the ink amount lasts similarly to brand name and does not dry out too quickly when unused for a few days. If it works as advertised, it will be a great buy and I will recommend highly to my computer students.

i think i need a new printer

my printer won't recognize the black ink for some reason. the color colored inks work great! but the black one for the past 2 cartridges won't print nicely on paper. i've cleaned the nozzle, re-alligned things, etc. still a no go. great price though for these inks. I previously used Epson cartridges and never had alignment issues. Since using the remanufactured product, my prints have many horizontal lines across the copies. I have to realign and clean the heads frequently which also uses ink. Unfortunately, I'm going to have to go back to Epson for future replacements.

One of the black ink cartridges #T060120 was missing. I called customer service and the woman who answered the phone was courteous and professional. She stated she would have to check with the warehouse and then a replacement cartridge would be shipped out. I am still awaiting its arrival.
