One of the black cartridges in the 12 pak was defective. I also had another part of this order where I ordered 2 black cartridges for another printer. Customer Service was going to ship a new cartridge but itwas for the wrong printer. I notified you quickly and you were able to cancel the resend. So, to resolve this issues, you gave me credit for that defective cartridge. Thank you.

these work very well for everyday use, however, we found they have a problem with the colors being correct when printing photos. The color was off. But, for everyday printing they work well.

Didn't work on my Epson R340

I went to replace my black ink with the one I purchased and the printer wouldn't accept it or recognize it as full. It would give me an error message and I wasn't able to continue or reset the printer. Called for support - their suggestion was to insert the cartridge, turn off printer for an hour, restart printer and voila it would work. Nope, not for me! So i'm now having to purchase an ink re-setter somewhere else, hoping that will work. It's a pain in the butt considering this purchase was for my church and now the congregation is having to wait until this gets resolved.

Printer does not recognize any of the cartridges. Would not work at all at first so I reset the black cartridge and the printer reset. Photo came out real bad, tried twice, performed nozzle check and cleaned heads, printed test page which indicated ok. Photo still came out bad, returning all cartridges. Not worth the hassle, it's not the printer.
