Review of LINKYO Compatible Canon CLI-221M (2948B001) Magenta Ink Cartridge (LY-CLI221M) - 700 Yield

Ink cartridges arrived ahead of scheduled delivery date, they look like the originals and perform every bit as good, but cost a fraction of the price.

Toner works OK. Many times I get the blinking low toner light, but disregard and continue printing.

No Problem

I love this store and the ink cartridges for the MOST part work well in my printer. Only on occassion I get a couple that are defective, as is the case with this order. I ordered 3 of each color cartridge and out of the 9, 2 were defective. Usually though, I can order 10-20 at a time and have no problems.

Having said that, the customer service is the best. The refund me for the defective cartridges, no questions asked and I have never had to send them back. I continue to shop here and have always been happy with the products. You can't go wrong with CS like this!

The ink from the new cartridge that was installed would not flow. That cartridge was discarded and had to be replaced with another. I don't know what cause the cartridge to not perform. I think a replacement is warranted because of the problem.
