Review of Canon CLI 221 Compatible Four Color Pack Ink Tank Combo (Black, Yellow, Cyan, Magenta) (with Chip)

I've been using compatible cartridges from SuperMediaStore.com (SMS) since 2004 on both Epson and Canon printers, and after six years of experience (one year now with my recently acquired Canon MP560 printer), I print thousands of pages with the same results as OEM ink cartridges but while paying much less money. My items are properly packed and shipped. I use them at the same rate as the original ink cartridges that came with purchase of the printer, and the print quality is the same. Consistent excellence has made me a repeat customer with SMS.

Product is good and the price is great. Lower than purchasing from a retail store.

I can't tell the difference in print quality with the original

These are smaller than the ones that you are to use with the MP560 and don't fit properly. Almost every time I try to print I have to reseat the cartridge. The ones that came with the print which are CLI-221 are much taller.
