The seem to be okay so far except one cartridge, the YELLOW would not work

All was good, but I am unsure about the quality. I have used 4 cartridges so far and one would not work The Yellow somehow didn't connect correctly and I was getting YELLOW instead of Red. I threw that cartridge away and put in another Yellow and it worked okay. But it gave me cause for concern if there are going to be more defective ones.

Possibly you are already aware of these problems....

I have used these ink cartridges ever since my orginal Canon ink ran out. I have never had a problem. Both color text and photo printing (on photo paper) are very good. Personally, I believe that Canon's propriatry ink may be of higher quality, but for the price you can't beat these!!!

Eveyrthing is good except for mediocre quality. I mean atleast black is NOT exactly black.. I has a blueish tinge to it and is kinda faint. Other colors are also a bit less saturated. Overall I would recommend this product to anybody for home use. Rather than buying ink for 4 times the price, this is much better an option for home use. All the cartridges are perfectly compatible with my Canon MX870 and they were an exact fit for it. Go ahead.. buy it.. There's nothing better than this in the market today when it comes to aftermarket.

For months my printer had been out of ink and I had been putting it off because I could not justify spending about 40 bucks just to refill ink cartridges on a printer that only cost me $90.

Then I find this deal. 10 dollars, SHIPPED, for not one, but TWO sets of ink. INCREDIBLE

The only downside was the way it was shipped. It went out in a plain envelope. A few of the ink cartridge boxes were dented from being thrown around but the cartridges them self seem fine.

I only had to use two of the cartridges when they first arrived so I can't yet speak of the entire order but from what I have randomly seen from this order I will be very happy with the results. I had no difficulty opening the cartridges and installing them into the printer. No drips no spills and they work just fine. I really had my doubts on getting, cheap, so called aftermarket replacement ink tanks for my Canon MP560 printer. I read through many reviews on different sites about using these non-branded ink tanks and weighed the pros and cons. I followed some of the advice that was given on several reviews about how to hold the tanks on the ends so that the ink doesn't squeeze out while preparing to place each tank into the printer. I was very cautious when doing so. I did get a little ink on my finger while installing the first tank, because I did not remove the plastic strip on top before taking off the orange nozzle cap. After two trys I did notice that you have to be very careful not to squeeze the tank even before you take off the nozzle cap because the ink will pool in the cap. After installing the replacement tanks, I ran a printer alignment test and the ink worked just fine with no issues.

For those that are skeptical, just follow the advice when you receive and use the tanks. Remember as with any non-branded item, it is going to be different from the original and not totally perfect. If you want to save money, step out of your box and read the reviews to learn from others issues before you use. I WILL buy again.

This ink is a great price, and it seems to work well in my printer without any problems so far, but it is VERY messy compared to Canon's ink. It is almost impossible to change these ink cartridges without them dripping ink all over the place!!! I have never had that problem with the name brand ink cartridges. I don't know if this ink is just thinner or what, but as soon as you remove the orange cap from the cartridges they begin to drip ink.

Great cartridges for general printing

I've been using this brand of generic cartridges for over 2 years in a Canon MP620, and have used over 20 of these. They work great for general purpose printing. I have not used them for printing on photo paper because I use retail stores for printing photos. My printer probably uses more ink during self-cleaning than actual printing. Why buy expensive ink if most of it is going to be wasted?

I've boughten these before, but this time around, at least one cartridge is not good. I put the cyan cartridge in the printer and everything printed with a cyan hue throughout. I replaced it with another one and everything printed fine. I will be returning the bad cartridge. Hopefully I do not have a problem with others in this group.

These chipped ink tanks work perfecly in an MX860 without needing to transfer chips from OEM tanks or to run complicated diagnostic cycles. The ink quality is great, although not as good IMHO as original Canon. But these are far cheaper and make large print jobs economical.

Called twice 5 hours apart on Friday, Feb 26 and had to leave voice mail as one yellow Cartridge was faulty. Received call back Monday afternoon. Representative was able to deal with the problem without hesitation and a replacement cartridge has been shipped to me at no cost. However when you only get voice mail when you call with a problem and then it is not answered in what I class as a reasonable response time either indicates too many technical problems being received or not enough staff to handle these enquiries. Customer service is the make and break of an organization when problems arise.

I have not had the opportunity to use any of the items yet, but I have found that in the past, some of the cartridges have not worked satisfactorily. On occasion, my printer will advise me that it cannot recognize a particular cartridge. After I remove it and re-insert it, it will work for awhile.

Every single time I go to print, one of my cartridges has an error, and I have to take it out and put it back in. then after I do that, it's a crap shoot if the next color has an error or not.
It is EXTREMELY irritating when you want to print only one page real quick, and it does that.
I am so frustrated with this, I will not buy another non-OEM cartridge again. I tried putting a folding piece of paper in between the loose cartridges hoping that would help, and it did not.

The color, price, and delivery were great. That's all I can say that was good. I truly wished they worked properly.

Very good cartridges for the price. Delivery is always prompt! I had a problem once with a couple cartridges that leaked but SuperMedia corrected the issue immediately with no questions asked. I always use SuperMedia for cartridges. Never buy from a retail store.
