Review of 5 Pack Brother LC-61 (LC61) Compatible Inkjet/Ink Cartridges Combo (Two: LC61BK, One each: LC61C, LC61M, LC61Y)

This is the 2nd time we purchased something from SuperMediaStore. This time I ordered generic ink cartridges for my parents' Brother J210 all in 1 printer. Although it's shaped a little differently than the Brother cartridges, it fit fine. The print from this cartridge looked just as good as the print from the Brother cartridge. And the generic version was significantly cheaper than the Brother version! Before I ordered this, I called Customer Service to verify that these cartridges would work on my parents' printer. The person was very helpful and gave me the info I needed.

My order was processed quickly and in the mail. UPS took there time with delivery, but I wasn't in any hurry for them to arrive. They look like they will fit alright, but may be awhile til I try them.

Only had them 1 week, but haven't had issues yet. I didn't think they were the right part at first because they're shaped different than the OEM part. After a little extra pressure the cartridges went in smoothly and locked into place. So far they seem ok...

The casing is clear which is nice because then I can see exactly if the ink is really empty or not.

I have not installed any of the re-manufactured cartridges yet, so I cannot tell if the color quality is up to snuff.
This printer is used mostly for my business and in most
cases for black print applications.

I am impressed by the quality of the product and I have had no problems with using these ink cartridges. The price is excellent and the were shipped and received when expeceted.

I recently left a competitor's site who offered decent products up until recently when I received 2 dud cartridges. To add insult to injury they NEVER answered the phone to answer my questions, even after leaving messages they NEVER returned a call, & then finally after leaving an email w/no response but they don't hesitate in "Processing your payment", well now I am DONE. Customer Service is HUGE to me. In a day where a consumer's business should be more valued than ever a lot of companies still feel they can still make it w/out my $35.00. We'll just see how well they do it. I'm hoping my Customer Service experience is better here @ SMS.

I will leave a "product" review once received & tested because much like a lot of other consumers, I depend on another consumer's opinion.

I've been using G&G cartridges for several years and have never had any problems with them in my Brother printers. For general printing these cartridges are great and at a price that is just as great.

So far so good on the product. It didn't look exactly like the original but it worked and the printer recognized the cartridge. I have printed much since so will see if this replacement cartridge lasts and prints like the original.

These cartridges are working great in my printer, and they are a lot more affordable than the OEM. I will definitely buy more from this site when I need them. Super fast shipping, too.
