The # 57 cartridge that we use for our small busines is perfect... the # 58 that was on the same recent order would not work in the printer at all..I contacted Supermedia and the issue was resolved immediately. They sent me an RMA authiorizatiion and a prepaid FEDX printout..I packaged uop the defectrive cartridge, took it to the FEDx office and it all went as smooth as clockwork,..There is no better place to order ink, in my opinion...fast, efficient,, dependable... good as their word...

I have used several of these remanufactured ink cartridges and have been, for the most part, very satisfied. I did have one color and two black cartridges fail to print. I was able, at no cost to me, to returned them for replacement. What a great store for all your media needs!

Quality would have to be 2.5, as the prints come out in streaks. The delivery was a little slower, then other companies. = 2. The price was great. = 5 and overall would have to be a 3. I know that theses are remanufactured, however, from other companies, I've purchased remanufactured colored ink that does not streak and is more vibrant.
