Very satisified with product & service.

We have only installed one black cartridge on
October 19th .
No problems so far.
Performance of the cartridge and the quality of the ink is same as OEM.
Shipping was as promised. We received our order 6 days after placing order.

Everything worked as it should be. I replaced 3 of the 4 toners.

I've bought several times from SuperMediaStore.com. Always have delivered well and fast. This is the first time I've tried re-manufactured cartridges for my color HP printer. So far so good. Love the cost savings, can't beat it over the HP OEM stuff's price ~ 5 for the price of @2!

Although I have not used any of the toner cartridges, the sets I have purchased in the past were excellent and worked well. It sure beats paying the OEM price!

I knew I would have an issue with this company and my credit card. So I called and did my best to do a person to person transaction. The young lady at the other end of the order line was very paitent and helpfull!

My bank declined the charge several times. I sorted out the details, and they shipped the product the very next day! They only charged the card ONCE!!!!!! WOW!!! Nice JOB!!

What a great experience! The Nice Lady was availabe every time I asked for her. Though there may have been a small wait at times... She was always nice, and ready to explain what would happen next. A very nice touch!

On the third day my packsge arrived! I chose the "free" shipping option. UPS has alot to learn about time zones!! They picked it up 6 hours after it arived at the first hub!!

The cartrages themselves are Remaned in China. The only one that leaked when shaken was the red. I let them all settle for 36 hours then installed them. The cartrages have worked perfect for the last three weeks without even a sign of a leak!! Not to mention they work with the Printers built in toner level PERFECTALLY!!

Would I buy again... Yes! I paid about $40.00 over the "lowest price" I was looking at, But the service I received from the Company and Quality of the product was well worth it.

I did have to wait a few days to use the product, But I blame UPS and the well tossed and Dammaged Box!! UPS SUCKS!!! This product is wonderful!

Next time I will pay for Fed-X or DHL!

"Remanufactured" cartridges work just as well as the OEM ones, so why not buy them for half the cost?
