Unfortunately the cartridge is making noises ad spilling toner inside my printer as it prints. At first I thought it was my printer making the noise but when I put the old cartridge in it does not make any noises. I have purchased this prodcut in the past and was always satisfied with it. Not sure what happened this time:-(

I can only rate the quality as a 3 at this time, as I have yet to use the cartridge, so I can't realistically evaluate it. I always keep a spare on hand, and when it's installed, I order another one right away. I'll assume at this point the cartridge will perform satisfactorily.

I ordered three toners: one was fine, one had black ink that came down the side and one made a noise everytime you would print. I thought my printer was going bad but it was the toner. I did email/call and the service was great and they replaced the one toner (I only knew that one was bad at the time)and I did not even have to send it back. This was the first time that I had any problems and they were very good. I did notice the numbers on the cartridges looked like they were from the same supplier?? The good toner had different numbers.

Unbelievable, but true. Brand-new cartridge, printed 10 pages, and then the printed produced blank copies. This is the second in a row defective cartridge I received, which supposedly replaced the previous cartridge that stop printing at 150 pages. Unacceptable. I had to go to Kinko's to complete printing my work, and I almost missed a deadline due to this.

I ordered a special deal of 3 toner cartridges for a really good price. When I opened the first cartridge, the entire outside of the cartridge was covered in black toner. It was a huge mess that got all over me and the table. When I cleaned it off and installed it, I only got three decent printed pages and the toner was going dry. The second cartridge I took to school for my other printer and it has been fine so far. I haven't opened the third cartridge. So my "deal" for three toner cartridges wasn't a deal at all because one was already virtually empty.

HP made a great printer HP laser 1020, 1022 and the cost per copy @5% coverage (which is industry standards) only costs .009 cents a copy and the tank holds 2000 copies. The tank is so easy to load and unload.

I have used SuperMediaStore before for my printer needs. The products have always been first class, as advertised. BUT order in advance of your needs as it them a long time to process the order and get it out the door... this order for example took 2 weeks to receive. In todays world I don't understand why it takes 2 weeks to get an item that is in stock. Why can't an order be processed/shipped within 1 or 2 days, regardless of the shipping priority...

I've been using replacement cartridges for years and have NEVER had a problem until I ordered from this company. The cartridges print every thing too light and some of the cartridges left smudges down the left hand margin. They weren't expensive so returning them isn't worth the effort. Do not buy from this vendor. I will be use to tell of my customers also to not buy from this vendor. Their product sucks.

This is the second time I have purchased toner from SuperMediaStore. The service is quite good and the product arrives in about 5 days, which is quicker than promised with free shipping. I have ordered toner on a couple of occassions. Each time was a different price. Each time was great service and ease of oredering. The shipping is very good.

As compared to the name brand toner cartridges, these are a huge savings! The only drawback that we've noticed is that the ink has a strange quality of "rubbing off" when used in an application where it's subjected to a lot of handling. Otherwise it saves us a lot of money.

I use this in my HP P1006 laserjet printer. Since the prints I make are for personal use, quaility is not the most important thing on my mind, rather it's price. That said when you look at the quality of the output, I don't see any noticable difference between pages printed with this cartriage vs HP, granted I haven't used a magnifying glass, but to the naked eye this is just as good.

The customer returned the item stating that only about 1,300 8.5x11 sheets printed before the print quality became unacceptable, due to depletion of toner in the cartridge. Product appears to have been under-filled.
