This really is as good as it gets for cost. Plus if the cartridge is defective they ship you another one immediately! It really is a great system and works out well for our firm. Saves us $$$ in the long run!

Great price but a problem with this particular cartridge

I ghave ordered this product before and have never had a problem. However, with this particular cartridge, I am sporadically getting small black spots on the page when I print or copy a document. Since it does not occur every time, I assume there is a problem with the toner cartridge rather thanwit the printer.

I have only been using the replacement toner cartridges for a few days but so far no problem. I would recommend them to anyone seeking a lower cost alternative to the OEM brand.
