can't really reply for you, because I bought the item for a friend, but I have the same cartridge number, and based on price and delivery time, I would definetaly buy from here again. So based on what I know, I would give everything a 5 out of 5.

At first I couldn't get my machine to register it (and this is after it did an alignment and everything!). But then I unplugged it, waited a minute, and then plugged it in again. Then it took the ink and all is well. I will order from here again!!!

No problems so far and better yet no mess. You do say to mail back the empties, but there is no mailer in the container just fyi. I do like to recycle.

I Can't tell the difference between this cartridge and an original HP cartridge. Printed pages look great. One important feature no longer works. The ink level indication I get with an original cartridge on my screen is no longer there. With each print job the indication is EMPTY.

Working great but printer says it is empty. Not such a big deal since it is printing just fine, but won't know when it is running out.
