I contacted Customer Service and didn't help me too much at that moment, asking me to ask my neighbors if they seen my package. I did and after for or five days I contact them back and I was so pleased with the service. They replace it and I got my toners the next day :-). Thank you.

This was a trial purchase to see if the quality approached the OEM. You passed overall! Not sure about yield, but will monitor that. This printer is in my home office.

After replacing the cartridge, the printer about 1.5 pages normal before starting to print all black pages. Pulled cartridge. Cleaned the rollers and drum in the cartridge. Seems to be printing fine now without issue.

Boy what a savings! I couldn't beat the cost and the ground shipping was great. The print quality is not as good as a brand new toner cartridge, but for my purposes it is more than adequate. You could barely tell the difference between remanufactured and brand new. I will definitely be ordering all my toner cartridges from Super Media Store!

I was relieved that the ink cartridge worked in my printer (read how others were not so fortunate), but the ink quality was terrible - more gray than black. I will have to go buy another cartridge right away to replace it and it will not be from this store.

I haven't used the cartridge yet so I do not know how good it will perform. It is a recycled product but I expect it to be every bit as good as a new factory cartridge. The price was the lowest I could find in any store or online...to good not to try it. The Super Media Store has a good reputation so I have no doubt the cartridge will be as good as a new factory one.
