Infact it stops the printer from working
Do you have a replacement policy. It is still full of ink.

The copper band seems lose.

Need to replace it before printing but do not like having it not work.

you sent me the wrong cartridges. the first order you sent me was fine. these cartridges you just sent me will not fit in my printer. i have a d-110 hp. how do i return them for the same ones tou sent me on may 17.

I order cd/dvd sleeves from you and am very happy with them. I figured I'd try your re-manufactured ink cartridges, so I ordered one. Unfortunately, this one was no good. First, my printer wouldn't show the amount of ink--no big deal. I only print personal things --no business. But after printing less than 50 sheets, the print was gray, not black. I guess the cartridge wasn't full, or defective. I called and left a message. I received a call back the next day. The girl said she'd send me a fed-ex label in my inbox to return it and she'd give me credit for the cost. I told her I'd rather get another one to try because I've had luck with your company and I'm sure the cartridge problem was just a fluke. I'll find out after I send this one out and get a new one!

I tried printing my first graphics-intensive picture with this ink for the first time a few weeks after it arrived. Ordinary B/W of text was perfectly fine, but large font black letters on a colored background had grey stripes running horizontally through the text. I cleaned the heads twice, printed the same picture four times on the same piece of paper and the final picture was not too bad (the printer has fantastic alignment, so each copy registered with all the previous ones!). However, I think I will have to try ink from another source in the future...

I would highly recommend purchasing the remanufactured inkjet/ink cartridge. It works great for a fraction of the original HP cost and lasts much longer than the regular 60 from HP.

everything was delivered as ordered and the cartridges fit into the printer. Now we´ll have to see how long they´ll last compared to the expensive originals

I am excited to have gotten such a good deal on this ink! I hope it lasts as long as what the claim says. The only thing I do not like is that it doesn't register on my ink indicators how much is in there. No big deal, right? The quality is great!I will definitely order again!! :)
