Very Disappointed - Not Compatable with my printer

The price on the tri color cartridge as well as the black that I bought with it were great. However, that great price meant nothing becasue the printer does not recognize the cartridges. There is a note provided with the catridges saying to ignore the low ink level message and just continue to print, but this is not my case. The printer doesn't even see them and I can print absolutely nothing. I have purchased many things from your site before, including print catridges for another printer, but I have been VERY disappointed in these. I even received a free, non working, black cartridge as a 'gift' with this order as well. On the bright side, the delivery time was great.
