This remanufactured cartridges work great, and the low price it the best I could find online.
When original cartridges when empty didnt want to spend $40 or more, went online and find supermedia price...$12 for all 4 colors.
The shipping was fast and no problems with the items.

I have used these Reman cartridges for a couple of years now and I am very satisfied with the ink and the cartridges. One time I recieved cartridges with a different look that did not work as well. But overall these work great in my printer and I save a ton of money over the manufacturers product.

I am upset with the order that was sent to me. The Magenta color came out black rather then the red that I was trying to use for graphics. I realize you will be replacing this but it messed up my plans to do some graphics on Christmas card envelopes.

I have used SuperMediaStore.com for several years now. I have always been completely satisfied with the products I have received. I am still satisfied with product quality, service, and price. This time, however, the delivery service was a little off base. I realize we had several days of inclimate weather which would normally slow service down a little. this shipment the service seemed to be slowed down, but stopped. I know that this is a problem that cannot be helped, but was just plain annoying. FedEx tracking is usually much better than it was this past shipment.
I will however continue to use SuperMediaStore.com, because I like they do things.

Excellent Deal on printer ink/inkjet cartridges. The ink is slow at times to start flowing, which cause you to waste ink from the other three cartridges to get it going. So, these kind of sales make it a great alternative. It would save you money if you could find a way to reuse the empty ink cartridges. An incentive would be a deduction of cost toward the purchase of another re-manufactured ink cartridges.

The price was good however 2 days after I changed my black cartridge my printer said"could not recognize cartridge" and I had to change it again. I know Epson printers can be a pain, I purchased some re-manufactured cartridges from another company and none of them worked so I guess I'm satisfied.

I'm returning my entire order including the extra black I purchased. The Black cartridges didn't fit into the slot and the Cyan cartridge reads empty on my screen. My computer apparently isn't recognizing that cartridge...this has been a total headache for me with this order. I can't print the return label you provided to return my order, because I can't print it out. I'm waiting for your company to send me the label by mail. Now I have to go out and spend a fortune purchasing the cartridges for my printer. Not worth the trouble.

Although not perfect, these cartridges seem to do the job. On occasion, my printer will have issues recognizing them (happened with one of the yellow cartridges in my Epson Workforce 500), all-in-all the results are on par with their OEM counterparts.

I have purchased these remanufactured inkjet cartridges from SuperMediaStore a few times now and have had pretty good luck. I print a lot of material and only use Epson inkjet printers. The downside is Epson printers are famous for not working well with remanufactured cartridges.
So far my printer has only rejected 2 remanufactured cartridges out of 18, and at these prices it is still far cheaper than using factory ink cartridges.

The ink arrived in a very timely manner. The blue wasn't working and I thought it was the ink. I called and the person I talked to promptly ordered us a new cartridge. After I put in another one, I find that it wasn't the ink at all, but the nozzles are clogged on the printer. Any suggestions how to fix this problem?
