I've been ordering all my ink from the SuperMedia Store for a few years and always order re-manufactured cartridges. They seem to last twice to three times as long. I ordered re-manufactured cartridges from other vendors in the past with no luck at all, but these work well.

I was skeptical because I have tried non-OEM ink cartridges that have not worked. For the price I decided it was worth the risk to try this product. I installed the cyan and magenta immediately after opening the package and they worked great. I will be replacing the black soon and hope to have the same experience.

The black ink cartridge did not work - printer thought is was discharged. Color cartridges work great.

The color cartridges worked great as expected, I had to purchase a new black ink cartridge as my printer thought that it was discharged. Overall still a good value even with defective cartridge - would have spent a lot more at the store.

I use these printer cartridges for the youths in my neighborhood and they work very well. Due to the very low humidity, it is suggested that when the printer is not in constant use, cover the printer with a plastic cover. This does not reflect on the product but rather atmospheric conditions that can allow the ink to dry out.

You guys used to have another option for ordering these that was a better deal, sadly it's gone.
The ink cartridges still don't get fully used. There is always ink left when the printer says it's empty.

This is the first time I have bought anything online. The experience was great. The color ink cartridges are compatible to my printer. When I installed the cartridges in the printer, I got a display saying they were not originals! I began to worry that I got played with, but "Oh No"!!! Merchandise received very promptly and I have ordered several times before of the same ink cartridges and have been thoroughly satisfied with the product as well as the service....the price was right although I had seen it $5.00 cheaper on Saturday but when I called on Monday, I was denied the cheaper of the two prices inasmuch as you were closed on Saturday when I called.

A while back I was having a lot of trouble getting a decent print. I g ot a message stating that the cartridge I had just installed was not a gaenuine Epson cartridge and there was a possibility that it could cause problaems, did I want to contimue? I responded with a yes, since I had been using your ink for a long time with no problems. The printer started actig up snd I had s lot of problems, even to the point where the printer refused to work at all. I have no idea how many times I tried cleaning the heads. I used a pile of ink. Finally it decided to repent and started working again . Could this have been caused by your cartridge? It seems to be working fine now.I don''t mean to be critical or to complain. I just thought you ought to know in case there might be something you can do to solve the problem without having to "reinvent the wheel".Thanks again for the good service. Don White

I purchased these with no big expectations considering the price but so far these have worked just as well as the Epson ones I was buying for 3 times the price! It took a little longer to get my order than expected. That was because my order was placed on hold because you need it shipped to a physical address not a PO Box and then they didnt have the items I purchased in stock. But all in all it still didnt take that long to receive my order. I am very pleased with my purchase and would definatly order again!
