I have used SuperMediaStore.com for several years now. I have always been completely satisfied with the products I have received. I am still satisfied with product quality, service, and price. This time, however, the delivery service was a little off base. I realize we had several days of inclimate weather which would normally slow service down a little. this shipment the service seemed to be slowed down, but stopped. I know that this is a problem that cannot be helped, but was just plain annoying. FedEx tracking is usually much better than it was this past shipment.
I will however continue to use SuperMediaStore.com, because I like they do things.

I don't print all that much in color but hate the idea of buying new ink after they run out at the retail price. Printer companies don't make money on the printers they sell but the ink. It's amazingly apparent when you have to replace said ink. The ink I purchased was for an Epson Stylus R220 photo printer. The printer itself cost me $80 brand new. The ink for this machine would cost me at least that or nearly $100 when I had to replace all 6 cartridges. I would instantly buy these again and will from now on. Maybe in the future i'll buy an extremely expensive printer so the cost of manufactured ink won't sting as much as i'd be buying it for my mega expensive super printer. For now though, this will do just fine.

I ordered the six cartridge set plus 3 black singles.
Out of the six 3 had dry or near dry wells. I contacted customer service and they sent me 3 replacement cartridges. I had them within 5 business days and they work fine. I'm not sure what happened, but I'm glad it was taken care of so efficiently. For new buyers of off brand cartridges, you might want to avoid the compatables. I've had a number of those fail because the printer didn't recognize them. These were remanufactured, so I only had to contend with the dry wells.

Both magenta cartridges showed empty when I installed first one and then the other on my printer. There was red ink on the edge of both...almost as if they had been used and never reprocessed. Both yellow cartridges showed low...barely any ink in either one of them.
At the moment, the cartridges are on their way back on RMA and my printer is non-functional unless I go to a local store as a last resort.

According to SuperMediaStore, these ink cartridges are supposed to work with the Epson R200 printer. However, my printer is repeatedly not recognizing these new cartridges (Magenta, so far).

I installed six remanufactured cartridges in my Epson R300 ink jet Printer. The printer would not recognize the yellow cartridge, so I replaced it with a second remanufactured yellow ink cartridge which I had purchased at the same time. Same Result! Now I am completely off line! I just ordered the Epson Original Yellow Ink and hope it will work with the other 5 remanufactured cartridges I just installed in the printer. I am not happy with the remanufactured cartridges. Yes they are lower cost at the beginning but the quality is so suspect that in the long run you lose precious time and it can definitely affect your business!

Very satisfied, work well. As always when you put the ink in, Epson tells you it is not their ink, so you just have to say, I know and I do want to use this. The ink is very excellent, works just like the Epson Ink.

Tried this remanufactured Epson pack and for marketing materials for my wedding photography business like printing contracts, price sheets, and things like that, it delivered good quality and would speculate it lasted as long if not longer than the real thing.

Try it for yourself, for me it worked!

Ink appears to be comparable to OEM. Colors are accurate. I coat all my photos with preservative spray to protect them so OEM color fastness is not a concern, if it is what they claim. Very satisfied.

I just took out the manufacturer cartriges and replaced them with these and they all work great. I had quit using the printer because the manufacturer cartriges were too expensive. I'm glad I found this site.
