I started shopping at SuperMediaStore.com several years ago to avoid the price gouging from printer manufacturers for their ink. SuperMediaStore has always provided fast service and ink products that do the job, and this purchase was no exception. I honestly don't know how the inks would compare for things like high quality photo printing or whether they would fade more quickly than more expensive inks, but I do know they are great for all of my home and business printing needs and they are MUCH more reasonably priced.

The Epson 127 black ink cartridge is the only cartridge of the packs that I opened and used so far. It has ink in it because I can hear it sloshing around in there, but the quality of the print is horrible. The first day everything printed fine. Everything meaning like 15 pages. The next day everything printed like there was no ink in the cartridge at all. Nothing was legible, everything was so light you could not read anything. I tried several times to print and each time they came out like this. I replaced the cartridge with a brand new/unused Epson manufactured cartridge I still had and the prints were perfect. I shook the cartridge I bought from your company and put it back in to see it that worked. The shaking helped, but I am now wondering if this will be something I will have to continue to do with these cartridges on a daily basis. I am concerned because if I am not here to do this and someone is trying to print and cannot figure it out they will be screwed. I know how easy the refill process is and there should me no reason these cartridges don't print just like the original Epson cartridges. Can you help me?
