Verbatim DVD Video Trim Cases are the best I've found and you'll be hard-pressed to find a better price... plus free delivery. Great experience. The only reason Supermedia didn't score a straight 5 was that I previously purchased a 100 pack for a lower price from another vendor. Since that vendor is no longer selling the item, this is the place to go.

Verbatim has never let me down; they're the best! On the other hand, ever since SuperMedia did away with customers talking to a live person to place an order, I've actually gone elsewhere for some items.

Hey SuperMedia, bring back good Customer Support and the profits will follow. Don't attempt to increase your profits by cutting the service offered.
