These are pretty good inserts

These inserts are usable, but I experienced some problems. The first is that they don't feed through my Epson 3800 printer. It seems that they slightly stick together possibly because the front and/or back surface is a little too rough. They would print, but I had to hand feed them one at a time.
Another problem is that the perforations seem to be too deep so that the side strips come off very easily. This may seem like an advantage, but when they start to come off during printing it becomes a problem.
One big positive is that they are cut to the correct size. They fit perfectly.

I'm super happy with this product

It took me a while to create the correct size template and then to figure out how to print it, but when I did it looks beautiful! I created an InDesign template and then converted it to pdf and printed it as an A4 document feeding in the bottom of top side first (thick end first) making sure to adjust my settings to have no margins and not to center. That's just how it works on my Dell laser printer, so it might be different for other printers, but they look really great. Very nice color as well. I had absolutely no problem with the perforations being overly loose, it didn't come apart at all when it went through my printer. I was a little concerned that the paper was so thick for bending after it was inserted into the DVD case, but it was not a problem.

These feel cheap and fall apart in the printer. Sometimes they have trouble being fed by the printer. Should not have to pay more than $7 per pack for these.

The perforated edge of the sheets are a bit fragile. My inkjet printer would rip them off during printing. Resorted to taping them so they would stay in place. Overall, a good product.

Thanks for the free inserts, only problem is they have no instructions on how to align them to use in a printer... no matter how I played with the lexmark adjustments I could not get them to line up correctly to print with in the cutout lines , so they are just going to collect dust, I wasted more ink trying to get them to work, bottom line , include some kind of instructions to use them!

Pros:Gives bright clean prints on my inkjet. Thank you for the good price because I'll be buying a lot of this item.
Cons: 1) perforations at the short ends of the paper are very tough to tear and look ragged even with the most careful treatment; 2) paper is soft and curls after a while even if sitting on flat shelf.

nice sturdy paper quality. Have had no problems with the perforations, or the paper size as some people have. Personally I remove all the perforations BEFORE I put it in the printer. I have a custom paper size setup with my printer that accepts these as 10.5 x 7.25 pieces of paper. Works great.

These things are very fragile! The perforated edges will fall apart when you barely touch them. They will also come apart in your printer. The price should really be lowered on these to meet the quality.

The perforations are too deep. The inserts come apart as the printer pulls them in jamming the printer. I even tried hand feeding them 1 at a time. Do not buy these inserts. You will be sorry. I've made over a thousand dvds and never ran into anything like this. Pay a little more and use the Memorex brand. I had to trash these.

Fall apart and damage printer!!!

Do not buy these! The preforation is extremly weak and these fall apart while printing. Loose edges get stuck in printer causing paper jams and damage to printer. They were not like this before but the last two packages were terrible. Get back the better quality labels or I will no longer buy.

This paper ruined my printer.. the sides of the paper get disconnected inside the printer... the perforation make it too weak and the sides get disconnected very easily.. even by putting the paper in the printer require extra caution or the sides will disconnect. Want my money back to fix the printer.

I've bought 50+ packs of these over the past couple of years and I love them! Sturdy and very good print quality. My only complaint is the price. They are overpriced for what they actually are (just paper) in my opinion. When you do the math, they come out to 30 cents/sheet. Nevertheless, I will continue to buy. Now if they would just start carrying blu-ray inserts!

great bang for the buck!

I buy thousands of these inserts every year, and I am happy with the overall product. My only beef is the fact that it leaves a thin, white line to the farthest right hand side of the face of the insert when printing. This never used to be an issue until a few months ago. No matter how far I set the margins to print in DiscLabel it still leaves the same 1/8" white vertical line on the side. Not the end of the world, sometimes it doesn't look professional.

They sheets weren't as glossy as I expected them to be but I love the fact that it was perforated and easy to tear when printing was done. I print on inkjet printer and I felt like the paper quality sucked in a lot of ink. Price on the paper is good though. Till I find a better dvd cover insert, i will be using these.

The only question I had was what setting should the printer be for this odd size paper (which is longer yet narrower than standard 8 1/2 x 11). I tried "custom settings" in the printer setup to the size of the paper but that didn't work. I called their customer service and she was friendly but really didn't know either.

This is the first time that I've tried this brand of insert. I've been using Memorex blanks. I haven't had a chance to use any of these inserts yet and compare the quality of the printing with the Memorex inserts.

I've been using PrintShop 2 software and was able to get a perfect print on these inserts. Prefer it to Memorex inserts. The perforations on edges are not as noticeable as Memorex.

The only reason I gave a 4 was it cost me 8.50 for delivery on 50 sheets. But dont let that stop you from purchasing from this company. They delivered quickly. I was able to track my package. They gave a delivery date and it was delivered spot on that day. This is the BEST experience I have had ordering things online EVER..... I am very sceptical when it comes to ordering off line and this company is legit......
