The new material ones are better for the 7mm series.
As much as I'd like to push green the recycled 7mm are more fragile unfortunately. So if there's a choice now I'll take the new ones.

I was very impressed with the online order process. The shipping was very prompt and I was alerted via e-mail each step of the shipping process which was great. The quality of the dvd cases are good, but not great. The center hub secures the dvd very well, but the lining around the case for securing the coverart is a little too thin, which can tear (and has for me) after a little while.

Be sure to buy the cases that have "100% New Material". Otherwise, you get cheap, easily broken, low-quality cases made of recycled material.

I have replaced all of my regular sized cases with these thinner, but just as good cases--When I ran out of room in my storage shelving unit I started to replace my old,thicker cases with these thinner ones--The shelving space almost doubled--It's very easy to change from one case to another--Also you can purchase multi-disc cases for those series collections--And, it makes shipping easier and less costly--Product is great and the price is better than anything in the stores--This was my third order from them and I have not been disappointed in the product or service--

I have now ordered this product twice, giving the results from my first order the benefit of the doubt; but I won't order them again.
They are cheaply made and after you open them the first time, they never close flat again.
Too bad because the price is very good, but for the quality I'm looking for, I'll have to pay more.

I was actually a bit disappointed this time around. These were supposed to be new material, but they arew real flimsy. This is probably my 3rd or 4th order, and I'm not as happy as previous. They work, but I don't think they're as good as the ones I've gotten before, and the others actually cost less.

Apparently the design has changed since my last purchase. The cases are not the same as the same part number purchased just a few months ago. The cases are inconsitant and some are warped slightly. They are usable, but I don't think I will purchase them again.

I really liked the fact that out the 100 that I ordered none of them were cracked. I used to buy them at other local stores but they always had a couple of cases that were cracked at the corners. Sometimes the tabs in the center were broken or didn't work correctly, but these here are good quality.

You can't beat the price on these, just 18 cents each for 100. I did notice that the 7mm black dvd cases warp a bit. I have the 5mm and have never seen them warp so I was a little surprised to see this in the thicker version.

These are some of the best made slim cases I've come across in a while. These cases securely hold the discs in place and close with a solid snap. They are also safely packed in a well-made cardboard shipping box. The price is decent and they come with prompt, free UPS ground shipping -- what's there to complain about?

First time buying "new" cases, was on sale for about recycled case price. Latches seem a little stronger than recycled, plastic cover and everything else is about same.I bought 200 of these new but, have purchased at least 600 of recycled when they go on sale from SuperMedia. If they are above 21 cents each I buy from store in New York. Their regular price 21 cents, quicker delivery and free delivery too (i'm on east coast). The plastic cover is much lighter though. Much rather have SuperMedia cases But, only when around 21 cents or less.Used hundreds of Verbatim new cases when Sam's club carried them in store at 25 cent each, SuperMedia "new" ccompares to them.

The latest batch of these 7mm cases feel a bit more substantial than some of the earlier units I've purchased. Especially at the hinges, which I feared would split on earlier purchses are now much sturdier. An excellent value, and a great way to save space in my DVD library.
