These 7mm Slim Double Black DVD Cases were part of a multi item order. A critical part! Somewhere along the line these items were not received. A quick call to Customer Service explaining the complete order was not received resulted in a rapid re-shipment which allowed me to meet a critical production deadline. Well done Customer Service.

No complaints. All 100 cases work fine;hold discs securely & are not cheap feeling or broken in any way. There's no way the cases could've been damaged due to the extremely careful double boxed packaging & abundance of chips.Shipping was fast,5 days to PA from CA. If you are looking for a nice quality, cheap price, double DVD box, this is your item. Boxes are very nice and seem to be of good quality. DVD centers don't snap in, but, seem to hold sufficiently. Clear plastic sleeve makes it nice for displaying a cover.
