A disappointment from previous orders

This is the second time I have ordered these cases. I was very satisfied the first time. This time the price was several dollars higher and the quality of the units was less satisfactory. A number of them had left over injector flashing and a couple had broken hinges.

GREEDY JERKS! These used sell for $28 to $32 dollars. Now they jacked the price up to $42.00. The price is always fluctuating from month to month.

These PRESENT boxes are nice. The problem is they keep switching vendors all the time and I never get the same product more than 2 times in a row. I got 4 different boxes at different times and I didn't like some of the ones they sent.

Not the same "premium cases" I ordered a few months ago.

These cases are good, but I wouldn't go putting a "premium" stamp on them. I ordered the same product (supposedly) 3 months ago, and I got some great-looking, glossy cases that shut easily and stay shut. This time I got only a slight step better than the value line. The value line usually comes with 6-10 cases already broken and a couple more that break when you first open them. They won't shut right. These are the same case, but they don't break. They don't open and close nicely like the last round of premiums. They also have an awful finish that looks just like the value line. Overall: Good case, but bring back the old ones!

The closure latches are not effective enough and the case will open inadvertently. Fortunately the hub latch is strong and it is unlikely the DVD will fall out of the case.

These are about the best value for the price. They are as good, or better than about 65% of the cases used by commercial DVD manufacturers. They're not as good as Amaray cases, but then again they are only about 1/3 the price. I have had great success with SuperMediaStore's packaging effort - rarely getting any broken cases. My only complaint is that there is a bit of wear on some of the outsides of the case from rubbing up against one another during shipping - but it's really not that bad. I will be sticking with these cases, as the ones made with recycled materials smell like fish guts.

I was about to pay a little bit less for some DVD cases on eBay but I went with these according to the reviews. The ones on on eBay were about $5 less for the same amount. I have purchased them on eBay in the past so I knew what to expect. They are ok quality and the plastic is usually scratched up. I went with these because I needed to use them for client DVD's. I received them quickly and when I opened the book I was more then happy. The plastic is perfect - no scratches. The DVD cases have a glossy finish. They are well worth the extra $5! I will never buy any other product! Worth every single penny!

These DVD cases are premium made cases. I had purchased 100 prior(from another source)to this that cost a few dollars less but had a 15% damage rate. When I spoke with this other companies customer service department, they required me to photograph the damage cases. Once they determined that they were damaged and counted them as well, they advised me that they could not replace the damaged ones because it was too small in number. Supermediastore has a much better customer service department, and handles things and then expedited manner. I'm very happy with the quality of these cases will continue to use them for my library.

I have been ordering cases from SuperMediaStore for a long time now, but this last shipment is the best I've ever had. Not only are they sleek and shiny, but then open and close cleanly. They have been manufactured evenly (this means I can stack 20 cases flat and the "tower" doesn't even lean!) On top of that, they are very flexible making it really easy to load paper inserts.

You push the button in, release and the DVD comes up, as it should. I like the clips inside, although they don't hold a single piece of paper tight enough. I wasn't expecting it to be super glossy inside which is hard to keep fingerprints off. I think the recycled ones are textured which prevents that.

I've been buying DVD cases from SuperMediaStore for a few years. In one of the past purchases the cases weren't very good - they didn't always close evenly/properly. But this particular model is of very good quality, the disk holder mechanism is excellent, much better than on some commercial DVDs - it's easy to put the disks in and take them out, yet it holds them firmly in place, no risk they will come loose in shipping. And the case closing mechanism is also very good, you get a clear "click" when you close the case, and it's easy to open. I was very satisfied with my first purchase of this model, and on the second purchase I went for 600 cases.

These are excellent DVD /CD cases. Made of heavy high quality plastic, they surpass the quality of the majority of DVD / CD cases that I receive when I purchased new CD's and DVD's. In fact I have replaced 1/3 of the cases that came with my new DVD's and CD's I purchased in the past year. Also liked the way they packaged the product. The box of DVD / CD cases that were contained in a heavy cardboard box was packaged inside another heavy cardboard box and filled with peanut packing material. Very pleased with my purchase of these DVD / CD cases. Highly recommend this product!

ordered same case 4/2/10 - were ok, BUT very stiff, & bulged around the middle, interior finish dull black - reordered 9/2/10, got cases w/glossy finish, but didn't bulge, tabs closed securely - a big improvement over earlier purchase (very few broken, torn, or misaligned)- plan to verify by phone on next order to get same case...
(push button in center holds well - only case that is better are M-locks [absolutely secure for mailing] - I've had some clients who prefer push-button...
I sell mostly mail-order, & I've looked at endless variations on hub locks, since I need mailing security AND a release that doesn't force the disc to flex when removing it - this is the only case I've seen in ~10yrs. that approaches M-lock. Great 2nd choice (& much cheaper).

I received Dvd cases that were not expected(Superior product). My guess is they either ran out of the stuff I purchased, or they accidentally shipped the better product. The product I received was of a HIGHLY glossy nature. Both the inside and outside of the cases are of a HIGH sheen.

I'm surprised and content, but in the future, I would like to receive what I purchased. This is not the first time this has happened. I like consistency in my cases ;)

Good quality product delivered on time - all as expected. Main concern centered around prior customer feedback re product damaged in shipping. Company now packs the 100 count box inside a larger cardboard box filled w styro peanuts, resulting in no damaged product.

What can I really say about a blank DVD case?
The DVD click right in to place and the covers slide right into the clear plastic outside part!
Ok seriously these are better quality then the ones I got the first time. Those cracked and broke easily and wouldnot stay compeletly closed. These have none of those problems and are way better.

Rarely out of stock, and if they are, they have suitable replacements to fill orders. The recycled DVD cases are too much of a gamble for business use. If you count on repeat customers for your business, it pays to pay a little bit more for quality.

These cases are hard to open, a little flimsy and not the best price compared to others I have purchased of a sturdier quality. They did come in perfect condition and the outer sleeve is a very clear plastic which is really nice for showing of you printed artwork. There is no odor at all. I probably will not purchase them again unless the other company's go way up on there prices.

These cases are very well made and everything about them is tight fitting. Some of them fit together so well that they are a little hard to get open. That is a very good thing in my opinion. I'm sure over many times of opening and closing they will loosen up. Better to tight than popping open like some cases I've bought in the past.

The only real complaint I have is that these are not packaged as well as the other cases I have bought here. These come in the box they are in without and outside box and padding around the original box. As a result, both boxes I ordered had broken cases on the corners of the boxes. One box had two broken and the other had three.

These DVD cases are awesome. Once I inserted the DVD cover insert, they looked professional. Funny thing is that they slip off when I try to stack them. But that doesn't matter since I am making these dvd to sell and not stack them in my house. Bottomline, they are worth the price.

These DVD cases work well and all 100 came undamaged from SuperMediaStore. They are not as sturdy as those included with a commercially produced DVD movie, but they are solid and close securely. They will protect your DVD's just fine. Overall for the money, a good quality case.

They can be somewhat difficult to open. They're so tough, they're too tough LOL! They lock very tight! To the point they could be damaged if not opened properly. I've had a few crack, from not opening both clips simultaneously. Longevity however, should not be an issue with these ;)

I purchased these for my husband based on the reviews of previous buyers and was not disappointed. My husband is an extremely picky person when it comes to his electronic equipment and just about any other purchase he makes. He frequently changes the cases on his DVDs and video games because the cases are either warped, the cd/dvd holder is broken inside, discoloration, plastic cracking, etc. He used to purchase replacements in sets of 10 from our local Kmart, but then they stopped carrying them. The new dvd cases are fine the way they are, but maybe the shipping is bad, because at least 2-5 case in each box of 100's is damage. I use supermedia on a regular basis, but alway there is always damage cases in each box of 100's. I wish maybe they can package the boxes better to secure the dvd cases while delivering. Thanks.

Flimsy, case feels cheap, doesn't align well as expected

I've been buying products for DVD production from this company for years (Media, Labels, Cases). This is the first time I've done a review on anything because the quality was just not what I'm used to. These cases came with damage to any case on the corner of the box so I loose about 5-10 cases every shipment anyway due to breakage. This batch was just very low quality. I expect that when I close the case it snaps shut without needing to pay special attention to the tabs. I feel the plastic is thinner and it just has a cheap feel. Overall disappointed. I hesitated handing them out to my customers.

My company started purchasing these when clear 14mm cases started becoming scarce. They look slick with a pro-printed insert, and the clasps hold up through opening and closing (Some don't). Clasp alignment has been consistently good (no skewed cases).

Every time I do a CAT Scan or MRI on a patient a disc is burned for my medical files. The DVD cases are wonderful for storage of the discs. The clear covers allow me to insert patient information for proper storage and reference. It sure beats the paper sleves that I had been dealing with.
