Thin, cheap plastic, many were broken

These double cases are made from a thin plastic that cracks easy. The clear overwrap is thin and cheap as well.
I ordered 6 boxes of 100. They were not double-boxed. While the box they come in is double-corregeted, it's very thin and does not protect the contents.
Far too many of the cases were damaged and just had to be thrown away.
These are the same size, shape, and design as a product I have bought from another vendor, but far lower quality.

I bought this exact item last year, and this year's batch felt like the plastic was thinner less sturdy. I held last year's side by side and it just wasn't the same. I haven't heard any complains so far though, so I left the overall a 4. Not sure if they are getting them from a different source or not. Just might want to check. They still work as promised though.

I've been buying these same cases for several years (over 1000 total) and RARELY get one damaged out of the box. They hold up to a lot of use and seldom break or tear. I will without a doubt buy more of the same. Always fast free UPS shipping too.

some of the boxes are defective. will not closes after you open them. maybe 5o of the 200. had problems with the last 500 7mm boxes i had ordered. about 130 of the 500 could not be used. i have written several times about this but no offer has been made to correct this problem. You prices are way better than most with the free shipping so i continue to order from here. i sure would like you to make good on the 175 or so defective ones out of the last 700 i have ordered. i just ordered 200 more 7 MM today. i keep trying. my early days with you were great. never had any defective ones. so...u asked for my report. lets see if any thing gets done this time. delivery and the price were great.

The cases are very sturdy and holds all of the discs well. I mainly use these to promote my Pastor's sermons. Will a printed insert, they look so professional. We used photo paper and trimmed the edges and it worked well. I will definitely purchase again.

I had one CD and one DVD to put into these cases. So these were very handy for me. And they had the area to put my own label on the outside of the case, which I needed. The only flaw that I found was that a couple of the cases latches when closing the case, did not want to stay closed.

I had a problem with some broken cases (I blame UPS on this) and I called and the lady that I talked to corrected the problem right away. Being taken care of this way made me very happy and I will do business with them again. Slight Smell But Not As Bad As I Expected

I've used these for a few months now and they are overall well worth the price. The only deduction of quality would have to be that they do have a slight smell. Nothing really overpowering or anything, but if you stick your nose right to them and sniff they do smell a little unpleasant. The cases are very well made and sturdy. The "page" inside the case turns very well. The holders hold the discs tight, but no so tight that you have a problem getting them out. The cases open and close easily and most importantly they stay closed when you close them. The clear cover to hold your case artwork is well attached. I've bought these twice now and will buy them again.

The cases work very well. They hold disks firmly in place but it is easy to release disks when accessing them. The cases latch securely and it is easy to insert a printed title cover sheet under the exterior clear plastic cover holders. I found them to be an excellent value.

These DVD cases are very thin gauge plastic. Although I was very pleased with the shipping time, the carrier (UPS) had apparently man-handled the box. I immediately noticed 3 cases that were broken, and was issued a credit for them (*very* promptly -- thank you Super Media Store!). Unfortunately I have found 3 additional cases that were damaged beyond usability during the shipping process. If you are planning on using cases for media that will be accessed frequently, I would advise getting heavier gauge cases as these seem to be less than substantial.

This is our second order of DVD Cases. Both orders had cracked or broken cases in them! However with this order we received far too many broken DVD cases 65%! There were cracks along the spine and many clips for closing the cases were also damaged rendering them useless! We will not order this item again!
