Good CD cover at a reasonable price

Unlike the hard plastic cases which crack and become unhinged, the C-shells have a softplastic that does not crack and the hinge is solid. The C-shell case does not totally seal, but neither do the others. Great choice for compact/lightweight storage and protection.

Convenient C-Shell Design

C-Shell design snaps closed in the middle. Protects individual CD during general handling and transfer to others. Lightweight very durable plastic. Does not seal fully around the circumference. SuperMediaStore is a great place to do business.

Great Case For the Price

I have ordered the Supermedia Store brand and the Dering brand. The Dering is sturdier and as has a better quality feel. The Dering has a glossy finish that shows fingerprints, however, and comes in bulk packaging. The SuperMedia Store came in smaller cellophane wrapped packages which are more convenient for me to grab when recording on the road.

I purchase these shell cases 500 at time for our ministry. We duplicate CDs for various other ministries and they prefer these shell cases. They ship great, and the disc image shows through the translucent plastic very nicely. We will continue to use the Dering classic clam shell cases.

The item ships quickly and travels from the West coast to the East coast in about 4-5 days. Although these CDs do not completely seal, they are fine for my application - temporary protection of the CD in a dry environment.

I often order Dering Classic Clam Shells and am generally satisfied with them. This particular order was less than the quality I expected. The clam shells were all somewhat warped - possibly from manufacture or possibly from sitting in the heat. In any case, they did not close properly and had a warped look. The warping was not severe, but was noticeable.
