Review of LINKYO CD DVD Storage Box / Case - 510 Disc Capacity Silver Aluminum-Like Hard Plastic

I LIKE THAT IT HOLDS A LOT OF CDs FOR A GOOD PRICE. I AM DISAPPOINTED THAT THE COMPARTMENTS ARE DIVIDED BY A METAL STRIP AND NOT BY A SOLID PIECE OF METAL/PLASTIC. I AM NOT USING THE SLEEVES PROVIDED AND WILL HAVE TO FIND A SOLUTION TO KEEP THE CDs IN THEIR ASSIGNED COMPARTMENT.

I previously submitted a full review, but now that I've been living with this item for a couple weeks, thought I'd share a nifty trick I discovered.

Instead of storing two discs in each sleeve, I put liner notes in front and the CD in back. So here's the suggestion: Since you'll like be tossing your jewel cases anyway, pop out the disc tray and remove the U-card from the back of the case. Then carefully tear one of the spine labels off the U-card along the perforations, and then slide the spine label into the sleeve where the sleeve hanger inserts. This makes for a much more pro-appearance when browsing through your collection than hand-writing on the hangers.
