Super Media Store continues to keep making me madder and madder. I submitted a review a few days ago for the Adata 8Gb flash drive that I purchased from them for $15.99. (See the review and come back to read this update.) Today is 6/16, ten days after I ordered the drive. They finally called me back to fix the registration with Adata, days after I sent an e-mail and a phone call which they would not answer. The excuse was that it was not their web site so they did not complete the registration properly. Well. the day after I submitted the first review, they went and changed the price of the drive again. Now, you can purchase it for $11.98 if you buy 2 of them. Eight days after I bought the drive from them on good faith that they were giving me a fair sale price, they drop the cost by $4.00, a 25% drop. When I confronted them with this they have no price matching policy so they will not credit me the $4 difference. Instead of getting the credit, which I feel they should have given me, I got an argument that they have done no wrong, but if I wanted to, I could return the item to them, at my expense, and that they would refund me the $15.99. It would cost me more to return it than I would get in the savings and why should I pay for their customer irritating practices, they are the one in the wrong here, not me. They got me so mad that I promised this review update, which they would not even allow me to update (thus why it is here) and they asked me to do the review in the first place. And by the way, you may never see this because after 2 or 3 days they sill have not posted my first review, so do they block reviews they do not like. (Sounds like communism to me). I got mad enough that I called my credit card company to see if I was entitled to the refund and sure enough I am and they are processing the dispute with them. Now they will not only pay back the $4.00, but they will pay a fine to the credit card company, not to mention that I may never order from them again, and neither should you. Any company that does business this way deserves to go under. There are honest ones out there that no one needs to buy from the shyster that they are.

I have been ising these CD/DVD paper sleeves for several years. They take up much less space than the hard plastic cases and are much less expensive. I have had maybe a dozen bad sleeves out of the 3.000 or more that I have used so far. Some of the clear windows were not glewed in properly. But at less than two cents apeace you can afford to throw them away. Shpping was free and fast. This is my third order over the past couple of years and I am very satisfied.

I bought these on sale for $1.79 per 100. The flap doesn't always fold consistently the same way each time, but at less than half the cost of any other sleeves, that's a pretty minor inconvenience. I'm glad I bought a truckload of them. I probably won't run out for 2 or 3 years.

I find these CD sleeves to be the perfect, inexpensive way to protect my data discs from scratches and dust. The clear window allows me to read the label on the disc without removing it from the sleeve. I have used quite a few of these and have yet to find one with a flaw. These are simple yet protect the disc from the most often damaging thing to a disc, rubbing against hostile surfaces. I like the ones with clear windows so that you can see the disc surface and it does not distort the colors of the labeling. As always the shipping was very fair and FAST.

The envelopes themselves are great. I purchased them because the quantity was large and the price was perfect. While we have automation for burning and printing, we do not have automation for stuffing the envelope and folding the flap. The envelopes are just a little more difficult to fold precisely. These 80 gram paper sleeves are fine. Only issue is that they are very thin and flimsy, but if you want to store a thousand DVDs or CDs in sleeves in as little space as possile then these are probably the way to go. Other sleeves I have are way more rugged, but also heavier and thicker and take up a amrginal amount of extra room. The inside seeems very smooth (BIG PLUS) which makes it seem as if it would protect your disc and not scratch them over time. I would definitely buy these again at THIS price. Under 2 cents each, who can argue with that?

I use these to keep backup data discs in. They're convenient and take up very little room. The glassine window allows quick verification of the disc contents and they are interchangeable since the label is on the disc, not on the case. At a few cents apiece why would you leave a disc out unprotected? Get these for an inexpensive solution to scratched and unplayable discs.

These sleeves are fairly germane, and come at a good price. We use over 100 a month for our duplication processes. My only problem is the way they're shipped to me. I usually but 600 CDs and 1000 sleeves at a time along with 400 DVDs. The sleeves come in 100 to a "bag", and the "bags" were just jammed all in together around the boxes of CDs and DVDs. The sleeves got bent with the package slipping around. If you want "straight" sleeves, then order the sleeves by themselves, otherwise, you might get bent sleeves by the material moving around against the sleeves.

THe quality of these sleeves is fine..doesn't have the fine tuning of some of the other sleeves I bought form you in the past (such as when they have pre-loaded adhesive on the flaps), but that was such a bargain price I couldn't resist.

I ordered them and the website said they were in stock at time of ordering. I then received a email after ordering that they were out of stock and had to wait 4 days including the weekend for them to get it in stock again. There ability to update the quantity of stock on hand on the website is slow. In the end I did receive the product in good shape for a awesome price shipped. The SuperMediaStore CD DVD White Paper Sleeves 80 Gram with Clear Window 100 Pack - was thinner than expected. Dont relay on these to give any real type of disc protection,these are simply for packaging / handing a disc to someone in an office. Hey they are cheap and "they are what they are". I think next time I would get at least 100 gram.
