On February 12, 2011 I returned a defective cartridge requesting that a replacement be sent in its place. As of 2/28/11 I had not received the replacement copy. Upon checking my bank statment I saw that a refund was issued....thinking that your company like a lot of store policies, a refund had to be issued then re-charge for the replacement....no charge on the statement. When I called I was told that a replacement was not charged/sent out and that they would send out a replacement ASAP. I received the replacement 03/02/11.....there was magenta toner all in the bag.....I assumed it was from being tossed about in shipping. The toner makes all my papers pink....with a dark pink stripe down the sides....I have cleaned the printer.....the edges of the cartridges all the things necessary to clean-up the problem (yes, I have worked in an office for many years!). Nothing helps!
I am disappointed in the poor quality of your product. I will not be purchasing any toner form you in the future.
