I bought refurbished toner cartridges before and they leaked. The new ones I just purchased made a world of difference in the quality. Will purchase them again when needed.

The experience with the store was satisfactory, however the quality of prints from this toner leave a lot to be desired. Similar to remanufactured cartridges, the prints seem washed out and desaturated. The packaging looks retail, however, so I'm not sure if I simply forgot how bad this printer was or if the quality brother uses in these particular toners has gone down. So fast shipping, everything arrived safely, but quality is in doubt, which may or may not be related to the store and their supplier.

OEM Brother Ink arrived faster than expected. Much better deal than what Staples wants!! I will come back here next time I need ink!

Considering I only put the new cartridges in a few days ago, I would have to say everything works fine so far! It was the first time I had to change my toner and the instructions were clear and easy to follow.
