For the second time I ordered this product they sent me wrong item. I took the loss for the first order, but not for the second. What is wrong with these people? You order an item and they send you another! And then they ask you to rate their service?! Now I have to waste my time to take the product to Fedex office to send the item back.

Unfortunately I can't write a review of the item ordered, because the item they shipped was a different one. Unfortunately, again, I broke the item trying to fit into the printer, so I can't return it anymore. But it seems to me obvious that people in the shipping department aren't paying too much attention to the work they do, so I will from some other store from now on.
