I was looking for toner and I mistakenly ordered this instead. I will take the lion's share of the blame for it, but I do think that it could have (perhaps) been a little more clear what this was. Then when I couldn't return it, it didn't exactly make me look like the best office manager. I can see where we will probably ultimately use the drums before they run out of shelf life, so all is not lost.
