16G? 15G!

I wasn't expecting EXACTLY 16G, but seriously? 15?!? Why is a WHOLE GIG missing? I have files that I need to move to other machines that are 15.6G.

Now I can't do that. Even tried formatting it just in case.

Not a good deal in my opinion. Maybe that's why they were discounted so much?
