It's a digital signal that gets transmitted through the cable, so either it works or it doesn't; there is no in between. I'm happy to report that these cables work perfectly, and the build quality is excellent. You can pay hundreds more and the quality of the signal won't be any better. I use these for my computer builds and home theater setups with no issues, though I wish they were available with 90 degree plugs.

I've bought these from Supermedia before & have used them for quite a while. I just bought another pack of 3. They work just as well as the higher priced cables. 1080p with no problems. I actually prefer these to the heavier gauge cables because they're much easier to handle. The free shipping was pretty fast.
