Works good, decent ink but has no sensor for ink level so it won't give reading on diagnostics.

This was my first ink order, but the items were in stock and shipped same day as always!

I like the color and capacity of these cartridges, however, since they are remanufactured, my printer does not read the chip which tells the printer how much ink is in the cartridge. If you always have a spare ready to go, and don't mind running blind on the ink levels, then these are great and very cheap compared to buying NEW HP cartridges. I have purchased more and most likely will contine using them for a long time. (The trick is to have spares on hand).

Just the cartridge in the computer and it shows that it isn't full???

These were the first remanufactured inkjet cartridges I have purchased from anyone. When I opened the cartridge boxes there was a note saying to ignor the printer ink indicator messages. It turns out the chip in each cartridge has been removed as part of the remanufacturing process. My complaint is that nothing told the customer about this in the ordering process and you don't find out until the cartridges are delivered. I called customer service and they were very pleasant and explained everything to me and even offered to take the cartridges back, so I was pleased about that. I just feel that the description of the product should explain that the printer ink level indicators won't work with these cartridges.

Since I just received these cartridges I cannot give much of a review except to say they work, you just don't know how much ink is left.
