What is Will Call?

SuperMediaStore allows customers to come to our Will Call counter at our warehouse in La Puente, California, and pick up orders that
they have placed online.

What does it cost to use Will Call?

SuperMediaStore currently charges $4.95 for customers to pick up orders at the Will Call counter in our La Puente, CA warehouse.

How do I place my order and pay for it?

You must place your order online and pay for it as usual. During check out you can select the “Don’t ship, I’ll pick it up at Will Call” option
if you enter a ZIP code that is within Southern California. We will then send an email notifying you when the order is ready for pickup. We cannot take or change orders at the Will Call counter. We also cannot process payments at the Will Call counter.

How fast is Will Call?

Orders are usually ready for pick up within 1 business day. If you place your order on a business day before noon, Pacific time, we may be able to
have it ready that same afternoon, but can’t promise that due to varying conditions from day to day.

Where can I pick up my Will Call order?

You will receive an email with instructions on when you may pick it up, where our warehouse is, and what hours Will call is open.

When can I pick up my Will Call order?

Will Call hours are: Monday - Friday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM PST.

Are all products eligible for Will Call pick up?

Not all products qualify for Will Call. If you have several items in your shopping cart and one or more of them doesn’t qualify for Will Call,
you will not receive the Will Call option at checkout.

What do I need to pick up my order?

Print out a copy of the “Order Ready for pick up” email we send you. Bring that to the Will Call counter at our warehouse.
In addition, your photo ID will be required and must match the name on the order.

How long do I have to pick up my order?

Our Will Call Counter will hold your order for seven (7) calendar days. After that, we will return your order for restocking and process a refund.
You will receive emails notifying you if this process becomes necessary.
