While cleaning our house today, I saw CDs that have not been played for a long time. They had been kept in a box and somehow had been forgotten.

And no matter how I carefully dusted them off, the discs could not be read anymore.

I sighed. Throwing them in the garbage can was not the immediate option. These discs can be turned into something useful, I thought.

The pile of discs on top of my drawer challenged my creativity. No, the idea did not come instantly. My friend had wanted her preschool child to learn how to tell time. Aha! What a timely need. My CDs will serve the purpose. I asked some friends for wall clocks that do not work anymore. I got only one. But it was exactly what I needed! Presto! A perfect disc in time has been created!
