How To Burn A Blu-Ray Disc

Updated 4/5/2011 by SuperMediaStore Staff

It is just as easy as burning a DVD+R or DVD-R. First off, you must have a Blu-ray burner such as Pioneer BDR-101A/AS/ABK, Benq BW1000, Samsung SH-B022, and Panasonic SW-5582 which you can purchase from SuperMediaStore.com

Secondly, you should make sure there is software on your computer which supports burning Blu-ray discs, such as Nero 7 Essentials. If you have one that does not support burning BD-R media and BD-RE you can update it on the software’s official site to the newest version.

Lastly, you just need Blu-ray writable media to record the data that you want to backup. Put the disc into the BD-R Burner and open the burning software, select BD-R or BD-RW disc type, depending on which Blu-Ray Media you have, then proceed to burning in the same manner you would burn DVD Media.
