All Returned Items must be in the original packaging or in a mail-safe box or envelope. SuperMediaStore.com is not responsible for any items that are missing or damaged during shipment.
Customer agrees that all returned products will be 100% complete, in re-saleable condition. Accessories such as the warranty card, software CD, all cables, manuals and any other components within the original packaging must be included in the return. If a promotional free item came with the product, that must be returned as well. SuperMediaStore.com may refuse the return if the product is not returned with the complete materials and packaging.
All returns are subject to the following:
- A return merchandise authorization number is REQUIRED for all returns.
- All product returns must include the original packaging/invoice and any related promotional free items.
- All returns must be shipped freight prepaid and with a tracking number.
- All related fees (shipping & return shipping fees) are Non-Refundable for all products.
Physical damages to any product will void the product's warranty and breach the return policy.
Non-Returnable Products
Some products are deemed ineligible for return by SuperMediaStore. If received, these ineligible products will be returned to you at your expense. You will be notified by SuperMediaStore if any such ineligible products are received. We will only keep such products up until 30 days from the date you were notified. We claim no responsibility for the products after the said 30 days. Ineligible products include:
- Any product that was not purchased from SuperMediaStore.com
- Any products that are returned without original packaging and all accessories that shipped with the product. This can include and are not limited to the retail box, manuals, and any other items that were originally included with the product.

How to get a RMA number
A Return Merchandise Authorization number is required for all returns:
You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number within our return policy period. SuperMediaStore.com will not accept returns without a RMA number, materials without one will be sent back at sender's expense. RMAs are valid for 15 days, within which time the return item must be received by SuperMediaStore.com.
Please complete this online return form or call 1-626-363-1490 ext #145 or #211 to submit your RMA request. You will receive an RMA number and form. Please display the RMA number prominently on your package and include the form with your package.

Defective Items
Returning a Defective Item:
Unless otherwise specified, we gladly accept defective exchanges on products within 30 days of the purchase date. SuperMediaStore.com will have sole discretion as to the credit methods. We may issue a credit, ship a replacement, or we may repair the item and return it to you.
*Please note that Duplication Hardware can only be returned within the existing terms of the manufacturer’s warranty.

Non-Defective Items
Returning a Non-Defective Item:
You may return most new, unopened items sold by SuperMediaStore.com within 30 days from the invoice date for a full refund. A 15% restocking fee may be applied to all returns for a refund if the reason for the return is due to customer error, such as ordering the wrong item and/or change in item preference. Please include a copy of your invoice. If you do not have the invoice, please include a note with your order number and RMA number. Please note that all items returned for a refund must be returned in "as new" condition in the original packaging and include all accessories, blank warranty cards, UPC codes (attached), and user manuals.

Warranties
Physical Damages to any product will void the product warranty and eligibility for return:
Modifying a product in a permanent way is considered as physically damaging the product and will void the product's warranty. A product cannot be returned under these circumstances.

How do I track my package?
A tracking number will be provided via email once an order has been shipped out. After receiving the tracking number, visit our Track Order page to track your package.
Alternatively, you can also track your UPS packages by going to UPS.com or by contacting UPS at 1-800-PICK-UPS (742-5877).
Unfortunately for orders shipped via USPS First class (with the exception of USPS Priority Mail), there are no tracking numbers provided.
